Start Your New Years Diet Early
The Christmas season is the time of year (other than the holiday season) where eating sensibly seems to be fall by the wayside and gluttony, over eating and overindulgence is preferred.
There is nothing wrong with this as life is all about enjoyment – but the usual path that most follow when the last of the champagne has been drunk and memories of mince pies, Christmas pudding and Quality Street fade into obscurity is to embark on a diet come January 1st.
The two biggest New Year Resolutions that most of try to regimentally stick to is to a) quit smoking and b) go on a diet.
The January 1st New Years Resolution diet is prone to failure as a week of total weight control mismanagement is replaced with a strict diet plan that has virtually no hope of success.
It is extremely difficult to go from one of the scale to the other in a short timescale.
So what do we do.
It is often said that prevention that is better than cure. Tackling the aftermath of our overindulgence can and should be avoided.
The best way to prevent piling on the pounds in the Christmas period is to try to suppress your appetite now.
The mind is often willing but the body is weak. Using an appetite suppressant will reduce your hunger pangs and ultimately reduce your appetite.
Appetite suppressants are described as the preventative weight gain solution.
