Binky’s Posh Cleanse Diet
News stories have been emerging from the media of yet another diet success from the celebrity circuit – Alexandra Felstead also known as Binky from E4’s Made In Chelsea.
The Sun (never short on apt headlines) have gone with the ‘worlds most expensive diet‘ as her new health regime, the New Year Detox programme is rported to have cost her upwards of 5 grand.
Although in fairness a big portion of her outlay has gone on dieticians and fitness coaches
Binky has also siad she is turning her back on drink and fast foods after her indulgences are to blame for her weight gain. her diet programme is reported to be costing £150 per day – and has been coined the Posh Cleanse Diet.
Binky’s Diet Tablets?
Binky has also admitted to getting some extra help with her weight loss and rumours hare circulating that she had used a diet pill in association with her Posh Cleanse Diet – the rumours can be classed as partially correct as Binky as attributed a large part of her success to the use of Fullfast an appetite suppressing spray
Fullfast is not a diet tablet although the ingredients are very similar to many highly effective commercial diet tablets on the market. Fullfast is an appetite suppressing oral spray with Griffonia, a rich source of Serotonin a naturally produced chemical that controls the feeling of being full.
Fullfast is no stranger to media attention – The Daily Mail featured the weight loss spray recently with the heading “the new natural spray that tackles food craving”.
Fullfast also contains Klamath Algae, this can effect mood and create a sense of well being – plus another ingredient called Guarana, a stimulant which is stronger than caffeine.
Recent research has indicated that guarana could affect how rapidly the body perceives itself to be satisfied, which in turns helps to control appetite and maintains an ideal body weight.
